Director of Digital Trust and Account Security - Online Services

The Director of Digital Trust and Account Security will lead the team responsible for creating and implementing the digital trust and security strategy for Ubisoft player accounts. This role is essential to ensure a secure, reliable, and seamless experience for players while mitigating regulatory and reputational risks for the company.

The incumbent and their team are responsible for the overall health of the player account ecosystem. They define, implement, and manage continuous initiatives that ensure regulatory compliance and confidentiality, while optimizing player access to their accounts and the ability to combat fraud (theft, hacking, economic fraud, etc.).

They continuously monitor the ecosystem to anticipate crises and promote accessibility, service quality, and policy application for player accounts, while directing awareness programs for player account security. By leading collaboration between interfunctional teams and sector actors, the director is responsible for coherence, fairness, and impact of Ubisoft's systems, rules, and operations.
