Job Description Director of Development – Luxury & Lifestyle Brands Accor is a global leader in hospitality, with one of the industry’s most prestigious portfolios of luxury brands including Raffles, Orient Express, Fairmont, Sofitel, MGallery, and Ennismore’s lifestyle collection. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Hotel Development to accelerate the growth of our luxury & lifestyle brands across key markets in Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean region. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development strategy for our luxury & lifestyle brands, identifying opportunities for expansion and growth, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results. You will also be expected to build strong relationships with stakeholders, including hotel owners, developers, and local authorities, to ensure successful project execution. Your expertise in hospitality development, combined with your passion for luxury & lifestyle brands, will enable you to make a significant impact on our growth strategy.
