Director of Data Projects and Artificial Intelligence Objective Lead the strategy, design, and implementation of data science, artificial intelligence, and strategic project management initiatives to accelerate the organization’s digital transformation. Responsible for identifying high-impact opportunities, turning data into business decisions, driving automation, and ensuring the successful execution of cross-functional programs that improve efficiency, innovation, customer experience, and value. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, including executive leadership, functional leaders, and project teams to ensure alignment and effective communication. Collaborate with IT and other departments to identify and prioritize projects that drive business outcomes. Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance on data science, artificial intelligence, and digital transformation initiatives. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and standards for data management, security, and ethics. Develop and manage budgets, resource allocation, and project timelines to achieve strategic objectives. Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning within the organization. Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members to ensure their professional growth and development. Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards.
