About the Role
Based in Malta, The Director of Data & Analytics role is accountable for:

• Define and lead the end-to-end data and analytics strategy for SkyCity Online
• Establish scalable data architecture, governance, and integration across platforms and partners
• Build a robust reporting and insight capability that supports commercial, operational, and regulatory decision-making
• Select and implement best-in-class data, analytics, and martech platforms to enable growth and performance

About you
You are a senior, commercially driven data and analytics leader with a strong track record of building and scaling data capability in digital environments. You are passionate about turning data into a strategic asset, enabling better decisions, improved performance, and long-term competitive advantage.

You are both strategic and hands-on, comfortable setting direction while also shaping architecture, platforms, and ways of working from the ground up. You thrive in fast-moving, evolving environments and bring a pragmatic approach to balancing immediate delivery with long-term capability.

You bring deep experience across data architecture, analytics, and martech, along with a strong understanding of governance, privacy, and regulatory requirements. You are confident working cross-functionally and influencing senior stakeholders, with the ability to translate complex data concepts into clear business value.
