Employee Profile * Practical experience in systems engineering and building and maintaining complex, large-scale systems * Documented success in managing distributed structures and developing the competencies of other leaders (Team Leaders) * Proficiency in architecture of solutions based on Kubernetes and public clouds (AWS, GCP) * Practical focus on implementing AI tools in daily processes (automation, monitoring, agentification) * Knowledge of Software Lifecycle - excellent knowledge of optimizing CI/CD processes and automating software installation/configuration * Skills in making decisions based on technical and business parameters (including Disaster Recovery area) * English language at min.
