Director of Building Construction & Regional Director of Romandy Switzerland

In the context of a succession process of several generations, we are seeking an experienced and visionary leader who will take on the role of Director of Building Construction & Regional Director of Romandy Switzerland. This position is responsible for overseeing the construction activities in the Romandy region, as well as contributing to the development of the company's overall strategy. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the construction industry, with experience in project management and leadership. He/she should be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of the regional market and its specific challenges, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and employees. Furthermore, he/she should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a multicultural environment. The Director will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for leading a team of approximately 50 people. Key responsibilities include: • Overseeing construction projects from planning to completion; • Developing and implementing regional strategies and initiatives; • Building and maintaining relationships with clients, partners, and employees; • Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities; • Collaborating with other departments to ensure the success of the company's overall strategy. The ideal candidate should have a degree in construction management or a related field, as well as several years of experience in a similar role. He/she should be fluent in French and English, and have a strong understanding of the Swiss market and its specific regulations.
