Ideal Candidate:

- minimum 5 years of experience in managing a sales team, in the industrial production of corrugated pipes;

- PC operating skills;

- excellent communication and negotiation skills;

- knowledge, skills, and competencies in Leadership;

- analytical capacity;

- orientation towards achieving objectives and company development;

- organizational spirit and proactivity;

- availability for domestic travel;

- category B driver's license

- completed university studies

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- elaborates and is responsible for the fulfillment of the sales and collection plan;

- plans, leads, coordinates, controls, evaluates, and makes decisions regarding the activity of the sales department;

- maintains and develops relationships with key clients;

- identifies opportunities and proposes development plans;

- prepares and supports sales and professional training meetings;

- collaborates with the marketing department for the elaboration and implementation of actions to support the sales plan

- contributes directly to increasing EuroEm's visibility and expansion in the Romanian market.
