• experience in multi-site retail and in managing geographically dispersed teams
• numerical analysis: sales, margin, stock turnover, loyalty KPIs
• negotiation of lease agreements and relationship with shopping centers
• knowledge of management systems (ERP/POS)
• clear and constant written communication (directives, regulations, meeting minutes)
• availability for frequent travel in the country and representation at fairs

• Chain results: sales, margin, and profit, per store and overall
• Weekly retail meeting: agenda, minutes, assigned tasks, and their timely follow-up
• Retail team: organization of areas, recruitment, training, and evaluation of regional managers and the Support team
• Salaries, bonuses, and monthly penalties for the retail team (calculation, verification, submission for payment)
• Calendar and regulations for promotional campaigns (2 per month) and verification of their execution in the chain
• Expansion plan: evaluation of proposed spaces, contract negotiation, openings, renovations, and closures
• Franchises: contracts, operations manual, quarterly audit, settlement of commissions
• Vitamix application KPI at the chain level (scan rate) and escalation of application errors
• Chain compliance: inspections and fines (ANPC, DSV/DSP, Police, ISU, ITM), permits, and declarations for work points
• Relationship with property owners and shopping centers: contracts, insurances, sales reporting, notifications
• Chain operational rules: merchandise orders, inventories, expired products, merchandising, and commercial image – definition and enforcement
• Adoption of new functionalities in proprietary software and ERP within the chain and reporting errors to IT
• International fairs and B2B partnership requests (organization, preliminary negotiation)
• Budget for protected units
