Director (m/w/d) NON PLUS ULTRA

for our main office in Baesweiler

Tasks

• Leadership and development of the existing team, as well as coordination of daily collaboration
• Strategic development and growth of the network
• Building and maintenance of entrepreneur and partner relationships
• Gaining new members and business partners
• Organization and development of network and business events
• Leadership and coordination of relevant projects
• Representation of the network at events and meetings
• Identification of new business opportunities and development of innovative formats for members

Qualification

• Multiple years of leadership experience in a management position or comparable leadership position
• An entrepreneurial mindset, strategic vision, and excellent implementation capabilities
• Communication strength, negotiation skills, and the ability to convince
• Safe German and English knowledge
