Director marketing

Principal responsibilities:

1. Developing and implementing efficient strategies and campaigns aimed at achieving company objectives.

2. Participating in international and local events and trade shows.

3. Developing trade marketing and promotional campaigns that generate desired results.

4. Continuously improving processes related to merchandising, branding, and market research for increased efficiency.

5. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure innovative and efficient marketing practices.

6. Analyzing market trends and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing efforts.

7. Managing the marketing budget and allocating resources efficiently to maximize results.

Requirements:

✔ 5+ years of experience in marketing (experience in the food industry or production is an advantage).

✔ Expertise in digital marketing (social media, SEO, Google Analytics).

✔ Excellent leadership and communication skills.

✔ Creativity and attention to detail.

✔ Advanced English and German language skills, both written and verbal.
