What do we expect from you?

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the insurance industry, brokerage, or company;
• Minimum 2 years in a managerial position;
• Valid ISF certificate.
• Skills: ability to relate to various types of people, analytical, synthesis, control and evaluation skills, motivation skills, good negotiator, flexible to changes;
• Category B driver's license.

What responsibilities will you have?

• Coordinates the activity of managers and insurance agents in the recruitment and selection (R&S) and quoting processes;
• Responsible for achieving the development and production objectives of the coordinated agency;
• Attracts new clients to the agency's portfolio and provides post-sale support to existing clients;
• Participates in events organized by Grawe Romania and actively promotes the company's insurance products and services;
• Develops the structure of agents and managers and takes care of developing their competencies and skills.
