Director Legal Counsel

As Legal Counsel , you’ll serve as an in-country, senior legal leader for our clients Office in Hyderabad, India, responsible for providing general counsel in India while also supporting the global legal team. You will be expected to provide expert legal advice on a wide range of matters, including corporate law, employment law, intellectual property law, and other areas of law relevant to our clients’ business. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) or equivalent degree, be admitted to practice law in India, and have at least 8 years of experience as an attorney, preferably with experience working for a Fortune 100 company or similar organization. You should also have strong knowledge of Indian laws and regulations, including the Companies Act, Income Tax Act, and other relevant laws.
