Experience on a leadership position in IT in an organization with a complex structure Documented practice in implementing large-scale deployment initiatives (systems, transformations) Familiarity with the realities of industrial or manufacturing companies (preferably automotive sector) Ability to build structures and develop competencies of technical teams Practical approach to project management and problem-solving Experience in managing suppliers and IT contracts Ability to translate technical concepts into business language Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
