Director - IT Infrastructure, Network, Cloud and Workspace

Key Responsibilities 1. Infrastructure Strategy & Architecture Build and execute the global infrastructure roadmap aligned to CPG/FMCG operating models. Modernize cloud, network, compute, observability, and workplace technologies — focusing on resilience, speed, cost and automation. Standardize infra designs, runbooks, lifecycle governance and operational models across all markets and plants. 2. Cloud Platforms (AWS-led Multi-Cloud) Own global AWS architecture — landing zones, security enforcement, compliance, and monitoring. Ensure seamless integration with other cloud platforms (Azure, Google Cloud). Develop and maintain a comprehensive cloud strategy, roadmap, and architecture. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize cloud initiatives. 3. Network & Infrastructure Services Manage and optimize network infrastructure, including WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi, and security. Implement and maintain network monitoring tools, performance analytics, and incident response processes. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. 4. Workspace & End-User Computing Provide strategic guidance on workspace and end-user computing solutions (PCs, laptops, mobile devices). Develop and implement a comprehensive endpoint management strategy, including device lifecycle management, security, and support. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize workspace initiatives. 5. IT Governance & Compliance Ensure alignment of IT infrastructure, network, cloud, and workspace strategies with company-wide goals and objectives. Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and standards for IT operations, security, and compliance. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective governance and compliance across all markets and plants.
