Director, International Tax

Job Description Assist in developing and building the Tax Advisory Team; Coach and mentor staff in the team; Develop strong and enduring relationships with clients, centered on our firm’s 7Ps value system; Build market presence, reputation and credibility through contributing papers to professional bodies, publications, conducting talks and seminars, and participating in committees relevant to brand building of the range of advisory services; Provide quality control and risk management on all aspects of tax advisory work; Develop and maintain a deep understanding of international taxation laws and regulations; Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination; Identify opportunities for business development and contribute to the growth of the firm’s tax advisory practice; Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records; Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction, retention and loyalty; Provide guidance on tax planning and compliance matters; Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including clients, colleagues and external partners; Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as necessary; Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the firm’s policies and procedures; Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the firm’s values and principles; Provide support to other departments as required; Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including clients, colleagues and external partners; Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as necessary; Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the firm’s policies and procedures; Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the firm’s values and principles; Provide support to other departments as required;
