INTEDYA continues to develop its international network and is opening a selection process for new profiles for the Directorship of Associated Offices.

We are not looking to fill a conventional management position.

We are looking for professionals with a consolidated career who are at a stage in their careers where they want to capitalize on their experience, knowledge, and professional relationships by developing their own business, but without having to start from scratch.

The selected person will assume the direction and development of an INTEDYA Associated Office in their geographic area, integrated into an international organization specialized in consulting, auditing, training, and technological solutions for business management.

• Locally represent an international firm and develop its market positioning.
• Create and progressively manage a professional team.
• Develop commercial relationships and your own client portfolio.
• Manage the activity and results of your Office.

What profiles are we selecting?

Professionals with relevant experience, preferably over 10 years, in management, general management, business development, sales management, consulting, project management, or team management positions.

Individuals with knowledge of the business landscape in their area, the ability to generate professional and commercial relationships, autonomy, initiative, and a clear results orientation.
