Aufgaben

Führung & Team

• You lead your team in the area of Influencer & Performance Marketing through clarity and set the right priorities. You know where it's going, and take people with you.
• You develop your team professionally and personally, give honest feedback, and create an environment where personal responsibility is actively lived.
• You are the central point of contact for customers as well as the team with the expectation to provide reliability and orientation.

• You work closely with the founder on building VISCA further, on an equal footing, with real co-decision-making.
• You develop structures and processes that enable sustainable growth.
• The role is consciously long-term-oriented with the perspective of becoming a member of the management board and taking ownership of the company.

Kunden & Performance

• You lead demanding customer relationships independently, strategically, on an equal footing, and with real business understanding.
• You connect performance goals with the growth targets of your customers and are responsible for KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and Revenue.
• You recognize potential early on and actively develop existing customers further.

Qualifikation

• Multiple years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Creator Marketing ideally in an agency environment
• Long-term leadership experience, including building and developing teams
• Fundamental management knowledge: You manage priorities, resources, and structures with a view to the big picture
• You manage demanding customer relationships sovereignly and communicate securely at decision-maker and executive level
• You think entrepreneurially and have a good understanding of performance KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and Revenue
• You actively use KI tools for efficiency gains
• You have very good German and English skills
