Director, Implementation And Delivery

You will be accountable for managing large transformational program delivery in the region. Our dream candidate has led and scaled implementation teams for a platform business.
The role manages the onboarding of clients onto Pismo’s all-in-one SaaS processing platform for banking and payments.
We are looking for a talented, delivery-focused individual with experience running large mission-critical product implementations from either the client or vendor perspective.

What you will do:

• Demonstrable experience of successful product implementations, we need a hands-on leader than can help our clients onboard to Pismo quickly and efficiently.
• Manage large digital transformation programs for Pismo customers in the region, including greenfield implementations and migration of existing customer bases.
• Manage a team of Delivery & Implementation Leads to deliver quality products while maintaining schedule and budget.
• Regularly manage RAID with early escalation where required.
• Act as the key contact point for the client—assist with planning, identify risks and dependencies.
• Demonstrable customer stakeholder management at senior level.
• Implement strong governance and reporting for the program.
• Manage, mentor, and grow the team to excel in project management and technical configuration of the SaaS platform.
