Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing strategies to ensure compliance with IMMEX regulations and trade operations in Mexico. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with international trade. • Providing guidance and support to employees on IMMEX regulations and trade operations best practices. • Staying up-to-date with changes in IMMEX regulations and adapting our processes accordingly. • Building strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless trade operations. • Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, logistics, and finance teams. • Providing exceptional customer service by ensuring timely and accurate resolution of customer inquiries and issues. • Maintaining a high level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in all aspects of the job. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, or related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience in IMMEX compliance and trade operations. • Strong understanding of IMMEX regulations and trade operations best practices. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
