Director ICT (m/w/d) Leiter internationale Kundenbeziehungen Cybersicherheit, full-remote, 200.000 - 250.000

We are looking for an experienced Director ICT (m/w/d) – Leader of international customer relationships in the field of Cybersecurity.

In this key position, you will manage and develop a global operating strategic major customer with headquarters in Germany. You will be the central point of contact for a complex international environment and responsible for the long-term account strategy, as well as alignment with management and leadership levels.

Your focus lies on the sustainable development of customer relationships, steering commercial results across multiple countries, and ensuring high customer satisfaction in the field of Cybersecurity.

Aufgaben

• Expansion of the global customer portfolio through the development and implementation of a multi-year plan for expanding presence, increasing usage, and raising recurring revenues across various business areas and countries.
• BUILDING trust-based relationships at C-level and aligning with stakeholders from security, IT, procurement, and key business areas.
• Leading complex commercial negotiations, such as framework agreements, multi-year contracts, and global rollouts, to ensure sustainable values for both sides.
• Identifying new business opportunities through analysis of initiatives, regulatory requirements, and risk priorities; positioning solutions with tangible results.
• Coordination of virtual, cross-functional teams (Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Product, Partner) worldwide to gain and expand strategic opportunities.
• Feedback on strategic market information into the company to improve competitiveness and sales strategy.

Qualifikation

• At least 5 years of experience in global or strategic account management in IT or Cybersecurity with complex solutions.
• Demonstrated success in building relationships, negotiation, and structured pipeline and forecast discipline.
• Safe handling of corporate governance, procurement, legal and security-related checks, as well as long sales cycles.
• High level of self-initiative, disciplined time management, and executive presence.
• Experience in working with distributed global teams and ability to influence without formal authority.
