The role will support Senior Directors in the High Net Worth & Private Bank Group Partnership, providing strategic guidance and operational oversight to drive growth and profitability. This includes developing and implementing business strategies, identifying opportunities for expansion and improvement, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration across the partnership. The successful candidate will be a seasoned professional with experience in private banking or wealth management, possessing strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the financial services industry. Key responsibilities include: • Providing strategic guidance to Senior Directors on business development, growth, and profitability initiatives. • Developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and profitability. • Identifying opportunities for expansion and improvement within the partnership. • Ensuring effective communication and collaboration across the partnership. • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams. • Providing operational oversight to ensure efficient and effective operations. • Collaborating with other departments to drive business outcomes and achieve strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will possess: • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., finance, business administration). • At least 8 years of experience in private banking or wealth management. • Strong leadership skills and the ability to provide strategic guidance to Senior Directors. • Excellent communication abilities and the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders. • A deep understanding of the financial services industry and its trends. • The ability to develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
