Job description
Role Summary: The Director, Group Tax will lead and manage aspects of global tax strategy, governance, and compliance, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements. The Director will oversee tax-related aspects of ESR Group’s operations, including corporate transactions, investment structures, fund establishment and cross-border tax advisory, Pillar Two implementation, OECD Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR), transfer pricing, tax risk management and compliance across all jurisdictions. The Director will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations, and for maintaining relationships with tax authorities and other stakeholders. The role will require strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The Director will report to the Chief Financial Officer and will be a key member of the ESR Group’s finance team.
