Your Position

• Strategic Responsibility for Operational Excellence: You define KPI structures, reporting landscapes, and performance management at company level
• Leadership of Implementing New Processes, Tools, and Methods: You shape the roadmap, set priorities, and are responsible for the rollout across multiple locations
• Total Responsibility for Operational Initiatives: From strategic conception to implementation, measurement, and continuous optimization
• Process Innovation and Organizational Development: You identify levers, pilot projects, and ensure scalability
• Stakeholder Management at All Levels: You coordinate Operations, Tech, Product, Finance, and Leadership, drive decisions forward, and ensure alignment of teams

Your Profile

• More than 10 years of experience in an operational environment, e.g., consulting firm, startup, or scale-up
• Absolved Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field
• Hands-on Mentality combined with strategic insight into operational processes and their continuous development
• Experienced Leadership, leading multiple teams, setting goals, and achieving measurable results
• Absolute analytical and communicative skills, particularly for structuring decision-making grounds in Excel and PowerPoint
• Readiness to travel nationally and internationally, to accompany operational initiatives directly, meet stakeholders, and optimize processes on-site
