Director, Genesis, Global Payment Services

Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated senior professional to join our Global Payments Services team as Director in our operations group. The Global Payment Services team is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of all payments with MUFG Investor Services globally. The team has a presence in Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Limassol, Dublin, Halifax and Toronto and work together to process client payments on a global basis. As a Director in our Global Payment Services team you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in the processing of client payments, ensuring that all payments are processed in a timely and accurate manner. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including the Operations and Compliance teams, as well as external stakeholders, including clients and vendors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and operations, with experience in payment processing and a proven track record of success in a leadership role. The Director, Genesis, Global Payment Services will be based in our New York office and will report to the Head of Operations.
