Director General IFN

• Responsibilities:
• • Developing and implementing organizational strategies to ensure company growth and profitability.
  • Supervising all operational and administrative aspects of IFN.
  • Creating and maintaining relationships with key partners and clients.
  • Maintaining compliance with legal regulations and internal norms.
  • Recruiting, training, and managing the team.
• Requirements:
• • Minimum 1 year of practical experience in a leadership position within a credit institution or other financial institution subject to supervision by the National Bank of Romania or another competent authority.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of lending.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Solid knowledge of Romanian IFN regulations.
  • Oriented towards results and able to efficiently manage resources.
