ANNOUNCEMENT FOR SELECTION FOR THE POSITION OF GENERAL DIRECTOR OF GIURGIU CONSTRUCȚII EDILITARE S.R.L.

Giurgiu Construcții Edilitare S.R.L. announces the initiation of the candidate selection procedure for the position of General Director of the company. This procedure will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of O.U.G. no. 109/2011, regarding the corporate governance of public enterprises with subsequent additions and modifications.

Eligible candidates for this selection procedure must meet the following criteria:

a) have completed university studies in the field of legal, economic, or engineering sciences (minimum ISCED 6 equivalent – Bachelor's degree

b) at least 3 years of total work experience;

c) have at least 3 years of experience in management consulting or in the leadership of public authorities, public enterprises, or private sector companies.

The tools used for comparative analysis, in relation to the candidate's profile and the method of evaluating the conditions and selection criteria, are: documentary analysis of the documents in the application file, analysis of additional information beyond that in the application file requested by the CNR, in writing, to review, improve and validate the accuracy of the scoring, verification of references provided by candidates, verification of previous activities carried out by candidates, behavioral observation of candidates during the interview organized by the independent expert and conducted by the CNR, in relation to the Candidate Profile and the indicators that describe the competencies which are evaluation criteria for candidates according to the previously mentioned documents, integration of the results of the analysis of the intention statements formulated based on the Letter of Expectations by the candidates, conclusions from specific assessment center tests taken by the candidates, should the selection process require such tests.
