General Director

We are looking for a GENERAL DIRECTOR to oversee and control all strategic and business aspects of the company. You will be the first in command in the company and responsible for providing the right strategic direction, as well as creating a vision for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality strategies and business plans;
• Lead and motivate employees, develop a high-performing management team;
• Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are in line with the overall strategy and mission;
• Make high-quality investment decisions to promote the business and increase profits;
• Build trusting relationships with partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important shareholders;
• Analyze problematic situations and events and provide solutions to ensure company growth.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role (minimum 5 years) , in the field of construction, infrastructure, or industrial materials.;
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful business strategies;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of inspiring and motivating complex teams;
• Higher education (MBA is an advantage).
