Director General

We are looking for a Director GENERAL to oversee and control all strategic and business aspects of the company. You will be the first in command in the company and responsible for providing the necessary direction, as well as creating a vision for success.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality business strategies and plans;
• Lead and motivate employees, develop a high-performing management team;
• Oversee all operations and activities to ensure desired results and alignment with the company's strategy and mission;
• Making high-quality investment decisions to promote the business and increase profits;
• Built relationships of trust with partners and stakeholders and acted as a point of contact for important shareholders
• Analyze situations and problematic events and offer solutions to ensure company growth.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in a senior leadership role (minimum 5 years) in the construction, infrastructure or industrial materials sector;
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful business strategies;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to inspire and motivate complex teams;
• Higher education (MBA is an advantage).
