Director General (CEO)

We are looking for a Director General (CEO) to lead the strategy, expansion, and integral operation of a manufacturing company in growth, focused on consumer goods and with presence in Mexico, United States, and Central America.

The Director General will be responsible for taking the organization to its next stage of scaling, strengthening operations, profitability, efficiency, commercial presence, and innovation, while ensuring the highest level of leadership, culture, and talent development.

Main Responsibilities

Strategic Direction

• Design and execute a comprehensive 3-5 year growth strategy.

• Lead expansion processes in Mexico and the United States, as well as new business units.

• Ensure alignment between the board, shareholders, and executive leadership.

Operations and Profitability

• Direct complete P&L at the national and international level.

• Optimize processes, costs, operational margin, and cross-functional efficiency.

• Supervise manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, quality, procurement, and commercial.

Commercial Growth and Market Development

• Expand relationships with key clients (retail, distribution, B2B, private label).

• Open new markets and strategic commercial channels.

• Promote product innovation, pricing, and competitive positioning.

Culture, Leadership, and Talent

• Built a high-performance culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

• Develop succession, leadership, and organizational strengthening.

• Manage teams of up to 300-3,000 collaborators depending on the plant/operation.

Governance and Finance

• Report to the Board/Shareholders on KPIs, risk, compliance, and financial direction.

• Ensure transparency, corporate ethics, and good governance practices.

• Lead decisions on CAPEX, investments, and strategic projects.
