Director - GenAI, Cloud & Data Engineering

Total Experience : 15-25 years Open at Multiple Locations like Bangalore, Noida, Gurgaon, Pune, Hyderabad or Indore The Sr. Director – Solutions & Offer Portfolio (GenAI, Cloud & Data Engineering) will lead the creation and evolution of Impetus’ industry solution portfolio for Healthcare and Aviation customers. The role will translate domain problems into repeatable, commercial-ready offers spanning GenAI adoption, cloud modernization, and data engineering transformation. This leader will own expertise in AI/ML, Cloud (AWS, Azure), Data Engineering (BigData, Hadoop), and Cloud-Native Applications. He/She should have experience in building and leading high-performing teams, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate expertise in the following areas: - AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn - Cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or IBM Cloud - Data Engineering tools like Hadoop, Spark, Hive, Pig, or Presto - Cloud-Native Applications using Kubernetes, Docker, or Serverless technologies - Agile methodologies and DevOps practices - Strong understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies in AI/ML, Cloud, and Data Engineering. The role will require strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development. This leader should be able to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, and 15-25 years of relevant experience.
