Locations : Noida/Gurgaon/Indore/Bangalore/Pune/Hyderabad Experience: 15-25 years Job Description The Sr. Director – Solutions & Offer Portfolio (GenAI, Cloud & Data Engineering) will lead the creation and evolution of Impetus’ industry solution portfolio for Healthcare and Aviation customers. The role will translate domain problems into repeatable, commercial-ready offers spanning GenAI adoption, cloud modernization, and data engineering transformation. This leader will own end-to-end solution development from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the Healthcare and Aviation industries, including their challenges, trends, and future directions. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth. • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams. • Developing and executing a strategic plan for the GenAI, Cloud & Data Engineering portfolio, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. • Leading and mentoring a team of solution architects, engineers, and consultants to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in GenAI, cloud, and data engineering. • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of Impetus’ products and services, including their features, benefits, and competitive positioning. • Collaborating with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies and pitches for Healthcare and Aviation customers. • Developing and executing a plan to drive revenue growth through new business opportunities and upselling/cross-selling existing solutions. • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key partners and vendors to drive innovation and growth. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in GenAI, cloud, and data engineering. The ideal candidate will have: • 15-25 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the technology or consulting industry. • A strong understanding of GenAI, cloud, and data engineering concepts and their applications in Healthcare and Aviation industries. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. • Strong business acumen and ability to drive revenue growth. • Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. • Strong understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. • Professional certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or Agile are a plus.
