Director Fiscal

Summary of the Position We are looking for an experienced and strategic Director of Finance to join our leadership team. The selected person will be responsible for directing and supervising all fiscal operations and compliance, ensuring the optimization of tax burden and proactive management of financial risks. This role is fundamental to our financial stability and sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities Supervise the planning, strategy and implementation of all financial plans and budgets; Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements; Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and other financial institutions; Provide strategic guidance and support to senior management on financial matters; Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of financial goals and objectives; Identify and mitigate potential financial risks and opportunities; Ensure the effective use of resources and budgeting processes. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field; At least 5 years of experience in a similar role; Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software applications.
