We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Director Financial to join our dynamic team. If you are a leader in the financial domain with a strategic vision and exceptional team management skills, this position may be suitable for you.

Responsibilities:

• SUPERVISION AND COORDINATION OF ALL FINANCIAL ASPECTS OF THE COMPANY;
• ELaboration, MONITORING, AND REPORTING OF FINANCIAL SITUATIONS (P&L AND CASH FLOW);
• ANALYSIS OF FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE AND FORMULATION OF RECOMMENDATIONS FOR IMPROVING PROFITABILITY;
• COUNSELING THE LEADERSHIP IN TAKING FINANCIAL DECISIONS;
• ENSURING COMPLIANCE WITH FISCAL, ACCOUNTING, AND FINANCIAL LEGISLATION;
• REPRESENTING THE COMPANY BEFORE CONTROL INSTITUTIONS AND PARTNERS;
• COORDINATING THE BUDGETING PROCESS AND TRACKING BUDGET EXECUTION;
• OPTIMIZING CASH FLOW AND CAPITAL STRUCTURE;
• MANAGING RELATIONS WITH BANKS, AUDITORS, AND EXTERNAL INSTITUTIONS;
• DEVELOPING AND CONSOLIDATING THE FINANCIAL TEAM;
• SUPPORT FOR STRATEGIC BUSINESS DECISIONS AND INVESTMENTS.

Requirements:

• Higher Education in Economics (Finance, Accounting, Economy);
• Minimum 5-7 years of financial experience, at least 2 years in a leadership position;
• Expertise in P&L and Cash Flow;
• Solid knowledge of fiscal and financial legislation;
• Leadership skills, analytical thinking, and strategic vision;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including before authorities and external partners;
