Job description
We are looking for a Finance Director to lead the company's financial strategy and support business decisions in a growing production environment. You will report directly to the Administrators and coordinate the accounting and controlling team.
Responsibilities
- Coordination of financial-accounting activities, budgeting, and reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual)
- Control of production costs, cost calculation, and margin analysis
- Cash-flow management, relationships with banks, and investments (CAPEX)
- Ensuring fiscal and legal compliance, interface with auditors and authorities
- Preparation of analyses and forecasts for management
Requirements
- Higher economic studies
- Minimum 7 years of experience in finance, of which a minimum of 3 years in a management position
- Relevant experience in production (industrial costs, inventory, production controlling)
- Experience in the profession (audit, tax consulting, or accounting) is an essential criterion
- Knowledge of RAS standards
- Good analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- English language – intermediate level; ERP and Excel at an advanced level
