Director Financial

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all financial aspects of the company;
• Develop, monitor, and report on financial situations (P&L and Cash Flow);
• Analyze financial performance and formulate recommendations to improve profitability;
• Counsel leadership in making strategic financial decisions;
• Ensure compliance with fiscal, accounting, and financial legislation;
• Represent the company before control institutions and financial partners;
• Coordinate budgeting process and track budget execution;
• Optimize cash flow and capital structure;
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and external institutions;
• Support strategic business decisions and investments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics (Finance, Accounting, or related field);
• Minimum 5-7 years of financial experience, at least 2 years as a leader;
• Expertise in P&L and Cash Flow;
• Solid knowledge of fiscal and financial legislation;
• Leadership skills, analytical thinking, and strategic vision;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including before authorities and external partners.
