Director Finance & Controlling (m/w/x)

You will take over the financial overall management of an established, mid-sized company. You will further develop finance structures, strengthen controlling & reporting and lead the team into modern working methods.

Affairs

Controlling & Governance

• Develop controlling system
• Be responsible for budget, forecasts, reporting and KPI governance
• Deliver ad-hoc analyses for management decisions

Liquidity & Financing

• Control liquidity, optimize cash management and working capital
• Maintain relationships with banks and financial partners
• Analyze risks and derive financial measures

Accounting & Settlements according to HGB

• Be responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual settlements according to HGB
• Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

IKS, Compliance & Governance

• Built or further develop internal control system
• Establish and monitor compliance and governance structures

Digitalization & Processes

• Digitalize and automate financial processes
• Further develop ERP/Reporting-Tools
• Standardize, simplify, and accelerate

Qualification

• Study in business administration/finance/accounting etc.
• 8 - 12 years experience in finance/accounting, several years of leadership
• Very secure HGB practice, controlling methodology, and analysis strength
• ERP strong: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Navision)
• Numerous team management or change management in practice: coaching, development, change in everyday life
