Director, Finance and Supply Chain Tech

The Director of Finance and Supply Chain Technology is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving the technology vision, strategy, and execution for Finance and Supply Chain operations. This role will partner with Finance, Supply Chain, and Technology leaders to ensure the seamless implementation, integration, and optimization of systems that support financial planning, reporting, procurement, inventory management, logistics, and overall supply chain efficiency. Main Responsibilities: • Develop and execute a technology strategy that aligns with the organization's overall goals and objectives, • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technology initiatives, • Lead and manage a team of technology professionals, • Develop and manage budgets for technology initiatives, • Ensure the security and integrity of financial and supply chain data, • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Finance, Supply Chain, and Technology leaders, • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards, • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs, • Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance to the organization. Key Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related field, • 8+ years of experience in a leadership role, • Strong understanding of financial planning and reporting, • Experience with supply chain management systems, • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, • Strong leadership and management skills, • Experience with cloud-based technologies, • Experience with data analytics and visualization tools, • Experience with process improvement methodologies, • Certification in a relevant field (e.g. CFA, CPA, Six Sigma), • Strong understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies.
