Your Area of Responsibility

• Responsible leadership in the development of restructuring programs, recovery concepts, option analyses, and primary contact person for clients and stakeholders.

• Creation and plausibility check of integrated company plans and short-term liquidity planning.

• Conducting business analyses (IDW S 6, IBR, financial analyses of company history, root cause analyses, contribution margin accounting, etc.).

• Identification and quantification of restructuring potentials together with our experts from production, logistics, purchasing, sales, finance, and human resources.

• Responsibility for strategic, financial, and operational realignment of the client, including support in implementing measures.

• Building and expanding client and bank relationships, as well as guiding and operationally training (Senior) Consultants and Managers.

• Consistent further development of the consulting approach and active support in the further development of enomyc.

• Successfully completed studies in business administration (with a focus on finance and controlling).

• At least 6 years of professional experience in the context of restructuring/transformation situations or in corporate/insolvency consulting.

• Sound knowledge in the areas of finance, controlling, (balance sheet) accounting, and especially restructuring, conducting an IDW S 6, as well as independent planning and execution of IBR.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite, experience with common financial tools (e.g., LucaNet, planning software).

• Excellent language skills and precise expression in German, business fluent in English.

• Entrepreneurial self-understanding with the ambition to realize the highest quality standards, as well as high commitment (especially willingness to travel), independent working style, assertiveness, and the ability to communicate and perform appropriately in various demanding client contexts.
