Director (Female), Mediation and Arbitration Location: Montreal (hybrid) Our client, the APCIQ, is a non-profit association and the undisputed representative of professional real estate brokerage in Quebec. The Association brings together more than 92% of professional real estate brokers, active on 80% of the province's territory, and counts over 700 real estate agencies. The APCIQ's mission is to support, train, inform and defend the interests of members, while ensuring the development of a healthy and responsible real estate market in Quebec. The Director (Female), Mediation and Arbitration will be responsible for mediating disputes between members and third parties, as well as arbitrating conflicts that may arise within the Association. This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to remain impartial and make informed decisions. The ideal candidate will have a degree in law or a related field, as well as experience in mediation and arbitration. Fluency in French is required, with English being an asset.
