Executive Director

The preliminary evaluation/selection is organized in compliance with the provisions of the Government Emergency Ordinance on corporate governance of public enterprises, corroborated with those of the Government Decision approving the Methodological Norms for establishing the selection criteria for the purpose of drawing up a shortlist of up to 5 candidates for the position to be selected, the ranking of candidates, the procedure for final appointment, as well as other measures necessary for the implementation of the provisions of the Government Emergency Ordinance.

APPLICATION CRITERIA:

For the position of Executive Director of SC Public Services, Leisure and Sanitation SPAS SRL

 Mandatory Criteria:

1. Romanian citizenship, citizenship of other member states of the European Union or of states belonging to the European Economic Area, and residence in Romania;

2. Knowledge of the Romanian language;

 3. Minimum age regulated by legal provisions;

 4. Shall not have been convicted of crimes against property by breach of trust, corruption offenses, embezzlement, forgery offenses, tax evasion, offenses provided by the Law on preventing and sanctioning money laundering, as well as for establishing measures to prevent and combat terrorism financing, republished, with subsequent amendments;

4. Shall not have been dismissed from a public office and/or shall not have had their individual employment contract terminated for disciplinary reasons in the last 5 years;

 5. Shall not be in a conflict of interest according to the law and the company's statute, with SC Public Services, Leisure and Sanitation SPAS SRL;

7. Full legal capacity;

 8. Higher economic/legal long-term studies;

 9. Relevant professional experience of at least 4 years in management/administration activities;

Experience in management or in the leadership of profitable public enterprises or commercial companies in the field of public utility services;

10. Integrity, ethics, professionalism;

Criteria that constitute advantages:

 1. Knowledge of corporate governance (legislation);

 2. Experience in liaising with international organizations;

 3. Demonstrated strategic vision.

CONTENT OF CANDIDACY FILE

For the position of Executive Director of SC Public Services, Leisure and Sanitation SPAS SRL, the candidacy file must include at least the following documents:

- Letter of intent;

 - Copy of the identity document or any other document proving identity, according to the law;

- Curriculum vitae (European format);

 - Copies of documents attesting the level of studies, other documents certifying additional specializations;

- Copy of the work record book, true to the original, or, as the case may be, a certificate attesting work experience, in the profession and/or in the field of study;

- Proof of appointment as administrator/manager (where applicable);

 - Certificate attesting the corresponding health status, issued by the candidate's family doctor or by authorized health units;

 - At least one relevant reference/recommendation from persons in leadership and decision-making positions with whom the candidate has worked/collaborated in the last 2 years;'

 - Project of a Management Plan according to the profile of the position for which they are applying (maximum 2 pages). The management plan project will be considered the technical offer, in accordance with the provisions of the Government Emergency Ordinance of Romania;

 - Criminal record certificate;

- Tax record certificate;

 - Declaration on personal responsibility, by which the candidate will confirm that they are not in one of the situations provided for in art. 6 of the GEO on corporate governance of public enterprises (the model of the declaration will be downloaded from the company's website);

 - Declaration on personal responsibility, of consent, confirming the candidate's agreement to the processing of their personal data for the purpose of carrying out the recruitment and selection procedure, as well as the agreement to allow the commission to verify the information provided;

 - Declaration regarding the content of the candidacy file

- OPIS.
