Job description

Looking for a seasoned professional to Lead a Global Engineering Centre for Digital Buildings for Global region, managing a large member engineering team delivering large-scale BMS engineering services. Responsible for strategy, delivery excellence, technology adoption, and talent development. The role is responsible for setting and executing the engineering centre’s strategy in alignment with business goals, driving operational excellence through scalable and standardized delivery models, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This includes developing and implementing processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. The Director will also be expected to build strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
