Director Engineering

What you'll do: Our business is built on finding great people and getting out of their way while they build and improve our award-winning Software as a Service (SaaS) offering. We are looking for a hands-on Director of Engineering to join the Indias Engineering organization; you will help scale and build the next generation of platform and services/products. As a technology leader, you will help build a top-tier software organization that is responsible for the development and upkeep of highly scalable and reliable software systems. You will be responsible for leading a team of talented engineers, defining technical direction, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products. You will also be expected to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and make strategic decisions that align with the company's overall goals.
