We are currently requesting:
Director – Management Consulting
Requirements:
University degree (mandatory) – Preference for Information Technology, Computing, Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or related fields.
Desirable: Master's or MBA (national or international).
Desirable: Knowledge of Strategic Selling sales methodology.
Advanced Conversational and written English (restrictive, interviews will be conducted in English)

Functions:
Minimum 10 years of professional experience, at least 5 in business consulting or organizational transformation.
Proven experience leading large-scale projects in:
Transformation of business models
Process improvement
Efficiency and organizational reengineering
Previous experience in consulting firms (Big Four or similar).
Experience developing and leading high-performance teams.
Experience in the implementation of business management software (Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, etc.)
Design and lead business transformation projects, process improvement and organizational redesign.
Identify deficiencies and opportunities within operational structures, processes and business models of clients.
Act as a mentor and leader for the team of consultants and managers, promoting a culture of high performance and professional development.
Interact directly with C-Level (CEO, CFO, COO) of client companies.
Actively participate in the identification and generation of new business opportunities.
Contribute to the construction of the Management Consulting area's service portfolio.
Process analysis tools, KPIs, and change management.
Mastery of presentation and analysis tools: PowerPoint, advanced Excel, Power BI (desirable).
Desirable certifications: Lean Six Sigma, PMP, Prosci, Scrum (not exclusive).
