Director - Electricity

We are looking for a Director of Electricity to support and develop our presence in the Saguenay region, by actively participating in the implementation of our strategic plan for the region and supervising local office operations. This role represents a unique opportunity to play a key role in the growth of our company and establishing solid relationships with high-potential clients.

Main responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of engineers and technicians specializing in industrial electricity
• Actively participate in developing and implementing the strategic plan for the Saguenay region.
• Identify local business opportunities and maintain close relationships with various internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in business development strategy to attract new clients and maximize opportunities with existing clients.
• Supervise and manage industrial electricity projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Maintain solid relationships with existing clients and develop new partnerships in the region.
• Participate and represent the company during business development activities and local socio-economic forums.
• In addition to management tasks, be responsible for project management, including producing deliverables (reports, designs, plans, estimates, technical expertise).
