We are looking for a professional with solid experience in the financial and accounting field, capable of coordinating the company's economic activity and actively contributing to its development and performance.

 Main tasks and responsibilities:

ü  Coordinates and organizes the company's financial-accounting activity;

ü  Ensures the preparation and accuracy of financial statements and reports to management;

ü  Coordinates and participates in controlling activities and monitors key financial indicators;

ü  Coordinates and participates in budgeting, planning, and financial analysis processes;

ü  Monitors costs, results, and financial performance;

ü  Conducts economic-financial analyses and proposes measures to improve company results;

ü  Coordinates and participates in asset inventory;

ü  Ensures compliance with financial-accounting and tax legislation;

ü  Coordinates relations with banking institutions, auditors, and other financial institutions;

ü  Coordinates and develops the team in the financial-accounting area;

ü  Actively participates in the development of the company's strategies and development plans.

Required knowledge and qualifications/ requirements:

ü  Higher education in economics;

ü  Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role;

ü  Solid experience in coordinating financial-accounting activities;

ü  Analytical and decision-making skills;

ü  Leadership and team coordination experience;

ü  Strategic thinking and results orientation;

ü  Attention to detail and the ability to work in a complex organizational environment;

ü  English language – advanced level;
