DIRECTOR ECONOMIC

We are looking for a financial leader, not just an accountant.

A professional with vision and solid experience, capable of transforming financial data into strategic decisions that support the company's sustainable growth. The role involves coordinating all financial-accounting activities and direct involvement in the decision-making process at the top management level.

Higher economic studies (financial-accounting); CECCAR certification;
Experience of minimum 10-15 years in the financial-accounting field, preferably in a leadership position
Solid knowledge of:
- financial and managerial accounting
- fiscal and financial-accounting legislation
- budgeting, cash-flow, and financial analysis
Experience in coordinating computerized accounting and using ERP systems
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Excellent analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills
Leadership, integrity, confidentiality, and solution-oriented approach
Very good communication skills with all hierarchical levels

Main Responsibilities

Coordinates and leads the activity of the financial-accounting department
Ensures compliance with current financial-accounting and fiscal legislation
Verifies accounting balances and the monthly closing process
Coordinates the preparation of annual and periodic financial statements
Manages budgeting, forecast, and cash-flow processes
Organizes and supervises the annual inventory of assets
Participates in internal and external audits and manages relationships with control authorities
Develops, implements, and updates internal policies and procedures
Provides reports, financial analyses, and strategic recommendations to management
Actively collaborates with all company departments
