DIRECTOR ECONOMIC
We are looking for a financial leader, not just an accountant.
A professional with vision and solid experience, capable of transforming financial data into strategic decisions that support the company's sustainable growth. The role involves coordinating all financial-accounting activities and direct involvement in the decision-making process at the top management level.
- Higher economic studies (financial-accounting); CECCAR certification;
- Experience of minimum 10-15 years in the financial-accounting field, preferably in a leadership position
- Solid knowledge of:
- financial and managerial accounting
- fiscal and financial-accounting legislation
- budgeting, cash-flow, and financial analysis
- Experience in coordinating computerized accounting and using ERP systems
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Leadership, integrity, confidentiality, and solution-oriented approach
- Very good communication skills with all hierarchical levels
Main Responsibilities
- Coordinates and leads the activity of the financial-accounting department
- Ensures compliance with current financial-accounting and fiscal legislation
- Verifies accounting balances and the monthly closing process
- Coordinates the preparation of annual and periodic financial statements
- Manages budgeting, forecast, and cash-flow processes
- Organizes and supervises the annual inventory of assets
- Participates in internal and external audits and manages relationships with control authorities
- Develops, implements, and updates internal policies and procedures
- Provides reports, financial analyses, and strategic recommendations to management
- Actively collaborates with all company departments
