RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION ANNOUNCEMENT

ACET S.A. Suceva announces the initiation of the selection procedure for candidates for the position of Economic Director of the company, in accordance with the provisions of Government Emergency Ordinance no. 109/2011 on the corporate governance of public enterprises, with subsequent amendments and completions, and of Law no. 31/1990 on companies, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions.

PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS

Candidates we wish to identify in the selection process for nomination for appointment as Economic Director of ACET S.A. Suceava must cumulatively meet the following participation conditions:

1. have completed university studies in the field of economic sciences;
2. possess at least 10 years of experience in the field of their university studies and have at least 15 years of professional experience;
3. have relevant experience in management consulting or in leadership positions held at public authorities or in administrator or director positions, as well as any other management positions within public enterprises or private sector companies for at least 2 years;
4. have at least 10 years of experience in management positions (head of service and/or head of department and/or director) in the financial-accounting area, acquired in at least one of the following:

(1) In a commercial company providing public utility services (water-sewage, sanitation, infrastructure) with an annual turnover of at least 100 million lei in the last 3 years (according to the latest financial statement) and a minimum of 50 employees;

or

(2) In a commercial company from relevant sectors of activity (public utilities, public services, infrastructure, companies with complex operational activity).

1. possess at least one active professional specialization/certification at the date of application submission: financial auditor (CAFR member) and/or certified public accountant (CECCAR member).
2. are not in any of the situations provided for in art. 4, art. 12 para. 3), art. 36 para. 7) of GEO no. 109/2011 with subsequent amendments and completions;
3. have not been definitively convicted by a court ruling for committing a crime against humanity, against the state or against authority, corruption and service offenses, offenses against the administration of justice, forgery offenses, property offenses, for offenses provided by Law no. 129/2019 for the prevention and sanctioning of money laundering, as well as for the establishment of measures for the prevention and combating of terrorism financing, with subsequent amendments and completions, or for offenses provided by Law no. 85/2014 on insolvency proceedings, committed with intent that would make them incompatible with the exercise of the function;
4. have not engaged in political police, as defined by law;
5. are not in a conflict of interest that would make them incompatible with the exercise of the duties specific to the position applied for;
6. have full legal capacity;
7. are medically fit;
8. have no entries in the fiscal record;
9. have no entries in the criminal record;
10. meet all criteria required by GEO no. 109/2011 on the corporate governance of public enterprises, with subsequent amendments and completions, the job profile, and the legislation applicable to the function.

SELECTION CRITERIA

These criteria are competencies and traits required for candidates to successfully fulfill the role assigned to them; these criteria are grouped into the following categories: competencies specific to the public enterprise's sector of activity, competencies of strategic/technical importance, corporate governance competencies, social and personal competencies, local and international experience, job-specific traits, alignment with the Letter of Expectations, and other criteria. The selection criteria, weights, minimum thresholds, and scoring grid are detailed in the job and candidate profile, approved by the Board of Directors, and are anchored in the shareholders' Letter of Expectations.

EVALUATION METHODOLOGY

Candidate evaluation is carried out through analysis of the application file, request for written clarifications, analysis of the statement of intent, reference checks, verification of prior activities, final selection interview, behavioral assessment during interviews. Depending on the decision of the Board of Directors, specific assessment center type tests or intermediate selection interviews may also be used.

METHOD AND DEADLINE FOR SUBMITTING APPLICATIONS

Application files must be submitted, without exception, by 18.09.2026, at 15:00, both in hard copy, at ACET S.A.
