Director, Digital and GenAI Advisory for SEA and WCA

Overview The Visa Consulting Director will drive the ambitious growth of VCA Digital and GenAI service line in terms of Business development, high value delivery, product development and thought leadership, especially around key topics like Generative AI, Product Design, Digital Acquisition (including performance enhancement) and E-Commerce Optimization. She/He will also deliver subject matter expertise and consulting support to VISA key clients across SEA and WCA subregions. The main objective is to leverage the Director's deep understanding of GenAI, Digital and E-commerce trends to drive business growth for Visa's clients in the region. This role requires a strong networker with excellent communication skills, ability to build trust and rapport with clients, and a proven track record of delivering high-value consulting projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading cross-functional teams, developing strategic plans, and driving innovation through data-driven insights. Key responsibilities include: Developing and executing a comprehensive business strategy for VCA Digital and GenAI service line; Building strong relationships with key clients across SEA and WCA subregions; Providing thought leadership on GenAI, Product Design, Digital Acquisition and E-Commerce Optimization topics; Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop innovative solutions that drive business growth; Delivering high-value consulting projects to Visa's key clients; Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of GenAI, Digital and E-commerce trends. The Director will be expected to travel frequently across SEA and WCA subregions.
