Director Department Sales

We are looking for a Director of Department Sales who will develop relationships with partners in the allocated area and contribute actively to the growth of commercial performance 🚀.

• Superior studies completed;
• Experience of minimum 5 years in a similar position (sales), with proven results;
• Experience in direct sales in networks of type Traditional Trade and IKA;
• Solid knowledge of sales and business;
• Strong analytical, data interpretation, and decision-making skills;
• A clear orientation towards results;
• The ability to coordinate, supervise, and motivate a team;
• Good planning and organizational abilities;
• Responsibility and adaptability;
• Availability for travel within the country and/or abroad.

• Implementing commercial strategy and achieving budget indicators agreed upon;
• Coordinating the team under subordination;
• Setting performance objectives, cost budgets, and strategic planning for sales activities;
• Selecting, professionally developing, and motivating the team;
• Taking responsibility for sales performance and financial results;
• Developing and monitoring sales strategies for clients;
• Sustaining and guiding the team in achieving individual and group objectives;
• Developing and implementing a sales strategy aligned with company and partner objectives;
• Participating in setting expense objectives and monitoring their fulfillment;
• Ensuring the implementation and correct use of operational procedures and specific reports for sales activities.
