At Sam’s Club, we are looking for a strategic leader to drive our digital and operational transformation agenda, generating direct impact on productivity, member experience, and business evolution.

The Challenge:

Lead the comprehensive transformation strategy, from identifying opportunities and building business cases to executing strategic initiatives that enable new capabilities and accelerate business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define the business transformation strategy and roadmap.
• Lead strategic programs with cross-functional teams from Operations, Technology, Product, and business areas.
• Connect executive leadership vision with operational and technological execution.
• Define KPIs, measure impact, and ensure return on investments made.
• Build and develop high-performance teams.
• Lead change adoption and the evolution towards new ways of working.

We are looking for:

• 10+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, change management, and team leadership.
• Experience leading complex business transformation initiatives.
• Ability to influence at different organizational levels.
• Strategic thinking, results orientation, and high execution capability.
• Advanced English.
• Willingness to travel.
